Mark Wormwood



  Mark founded A&A Communications in 1993 at the encouragement of a former employer and friend. His leadership, drive and years of hands on field expertise set and maintain the foundation of the company. Mark is well known in the industry for doing whatever it takes to get the job done, safely, on time and within budget. His certifications include:  Instructor Certification - Tower technology and Safety Training EUPEN Authorized Connector Training Course, First Aid and CPR Training and Certification, Commscope Cable and Connector Training and Certification, Andrews Cable and Connector Training and Certification, Lincole Grounding Test and Equipment Training and Certifications, AT&T Local Services Broadband Division/Harris 38 GHz Radio System, Anritsu Wiltron Sitemaster Training and Certification

Donna LeClair

Vice President/Owner


Donna began her career in the telecommunications industry in 1979. She has managed numerous multimillion dollar projects working from underground all the way to the top. Donna has been in the wireless business since 1997 and with A&A Communications since 2001. She is the backbone of the company and is primarily responsible for contract negotiations, customer relations, change order management and the operation of sales. Donna represents the company well with her professionalism, ingenuity and ability to keep all projects running smoothly, on schedule and on budget.

Peter Macejewski

Construction Manager/Owner


Peter started in the telecommunications industry in 1997 as a level one technician in structured wire. He has been with A&A Communications since 2001 and is ComTrain and Anritsu certified. Peter has experience in all facets of wireless communications raging from warehouse and fleet management to tower technician and wireless construction management. Peter is a true leader whose strengths in the company lie in the ability to take on any challenge that he is met with while keeping safety of all team members and customer satisfaction a priority.

Darlena Macejewski

Project Manager/Owner


Darlena has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She started in the telecommunications industry in 2001 as an administrative assistant. Since that time she has gained hands on experience in areas of site audition, construction and testing. She has in office experience as a project coordinator, closeout package specialist, budget analyst and scheduling coordinator. She now plays a major role in meeting the demands of ongoing company requirements regarding personnel and subcontractor needs, project schedules as well as safety and quality assurance.

Courtney Macejewski

Office Manager


Courtney has an Associates degree in Business Administration. As a former executive assistant at a civil engineering firm, she has experience in human resources, accounting, office management, and IT support. Courtney is a new asset to our team as of this year. She is a well rounded individual that is very organized, professional, reliable and adaptable.
